Hello I am wishy. I got a digital bradley smoker for fathers day and love it. I am a noob at smoking, just learning.

Have a beer and most importantly......Have fun.

Don't know if you have lurked here long enough but you may want to pull the turkey before it is done and finish it in a hot oven to crisp the skin. Otherwise the skin is a bit rubbery out of an electric smoker.

Can't wait to see the pictures.
