One Maple -- Habnero Smoker's recipe plus 1/2 C Quebec maple syrup; one plain.

The maple comes through strongly. I was surprised at how sweet it was. The other one is just like it's supposed to be. :-)

Great looking bacon. I would just have to make one change, and that is to use NY maple syrup.  :)

We got poached eggs on another thread and now Canadian bacon over here, got me wantin some Eggs Benedict really really bad right about now.

Good lookin bacon!
