Title: Hello from sunny England! (Yes - it's not raining!)

Got a new Bradley smoker as a present and used it for the first time today!  Very excited.  Hot smoked some salmon and put some aubergines in to make some Baba Ganoush later!  Yum!  this place looks just about the best for ideas as to what to do next!

May have to be pork next - I keep British breed pigs!  Have done lots of bacon and air dried hams before, but now I can have smoked bacon!  Thanks for the welcome!
