Post by: dman4505 on August 21, 2012, 06:48:43 AM
After getting out of class yeasterday did a little smoking
2 1/2 pound boneless pork roast sat overnight in molasses and Penzey's Forward seasoning
Smoked for 3 hours with Hickory, took it to an IT of 160
Wife fixed some gabbage and potato salad to go along with it.
Man every thing was yummy

That Leinenkugels looks awesome. I want some of their summer shandy beer but the only place I can find it is at a local minor league ballpark here in eastern Washington. I hope they bring the Leinenkugel line out here. I have some buds that would definately buy it. I get thirsty for it each time I watch my White Sox play on WGN America.
