Title: John Henry Wings
Post by: SiFumar on August 21, 2012, 05:45:38 PM
Finally had a chance to try John Henry seasonings.  Had a Butter Pecan, and Pecan.  Took the wing tips off the ones with Butter Pecan, left them on the Pecan ones.  Wanted to compare the two. Threw them on the old grill with indirect heat.  Both were good.  The Butter Pecan seemed slightly sweeter.  Both carmelized nicely but the ones closer to the flames got darker, but not burnt tasting at all.  I would use this again!

Love the Pecan Rub, use it on everything going onto the grill, the Chicken Tickler is alright also.
