Title: My smoker died...can you help me out?
Post by: grubstake on August 23, 2012, 05:53:32 PM
The digital display has gone a little crazy on me. I cant control the timer or temp, I can sometimes get the feeder to run if I push hard enough. the only button that seems to work properly is the on off switch. I pulled out the panel and everything looks clean. I tried the buttons with the panel out.... same. I imagine I need to replace the panel. Is there anything else I should check? It didn't last very long. Is this common?  Thanks.

I do not know anything about the digital. I am severely challenged with electronics anyway. You may want to contact Brian at Bradley. Others should be along shortly that has more knowledge than I.

Hi grubstake;

Sorry to welcome you to the forum in this manner.

I agree with Wildcat, contact Bradley. If your smoker is less than a year old you should be covered under their warranty.
