Just wanted to say hi to all the great people on this site. I finally pulled the trigger on an OBS, and this site is what helped me make the decision (It also helped that Menards had the OBS on sale and with the 11% rebate). The passion, knowledge, enjoyment and comradery expressed throughout this forum helped me more than all the various retail website reviews. Thank you! I look forward to learning, laughing and SMOKING for many years to come.
Sun is shining, OBS is seasoned, pork chops are marinated and I will be firing up the smoker for the first of hopefully many wonderful meals. Wish me luck!
