Hi All - Dan here from Los Gatos , Ca - in the South SF Bay Area.  Been smoking for a couple of years, cut my teeth with 165lbs of St Luis Ribs for a public event.  Reception went extremely well and couldn't help myself from there.  Currently using a Traeger Texas model and occassionally a Weber Kettle.  Happy to be part of the forum.

welcome from northern california.  i was born and raised in los gatos.  is there still happy hour at carinastions on n santa cruz?  i use to bartend at the toll house at the end of the street there.

Welcome to the forum. I grew up in Santa Rosa. Moved to Idaho 25 years ago.  I know that you will discover a wealth of knowledge with this forum.
