Pmmpete and his friend Brad borrowed my 15# KIRBY CANNON with new foot control to make Summer sausage and Kielbasa. Neither Brad or Pete have used this stuffer before. Pete would have done the post but he is off playing on the Snake river. Pete used Mr.Walleyes recipe [thanks Mike]

Kirby giving Brad a little instruction as this was his first experience making sausage. We are using the water supply from Pete's utility sink.
He had plenty of water pressure and we had to pinch off the speed control valve to keep the speed under control.

After stuffing the kielbasa is on the racks ready for the smoker.

I am with you Sonny. When the weather cools a little I need to make some of my own. I just have two chunks left. Archery season opened today but I don't think I will be going out any time soon. It is just to warm outside.

Sounds like I will be out of service again for a couple of months. I am having my SI joint fused next Tuesday. I am glad to get it done though. It was bothering me so much last night I stayed up all night.
