Title: Wild Coho Salmon
Post by: Scotty Dog on September 07, 2012, 10:06:05 PM
Caught my first Coho for the season tonight.  Time to start mixing some brine for a smoke.

Wow nice fish. Where did you catch it? I was coming out of the port of seattle today and saw all the guys fishing beside the West Seattle Bridge. I wondered if the commercial fishermen fished in the sound or if they went out to the ocean. do you have any insight to this. I used to work on the trollers so I was curious.

Caught a larger one tonight.  Beautiful sunset also.  Fished near Point Robinson near Des Moines WA.
