After a few month hiatus from the Bradley forum I have been reading posts and taking notes again. I was invited to a football party to watch the Buc's beat up on the Panther's and needed to bring a dish. A lot of recent post on the forum have been fatties and Nepa's has been smoking a lot of them 8) lately and since I had not made one since Feb. I knew it was time. Rick and I traded some goodies several month back and he send me an unmarked package the said "mix with 1/3 cup water and add to 2lbs ground beef and make fattie as I normally would" So I followed his instructions and this is how it turned out...
1lb GB
1lb Mild Italian Sausage
Cheddar Cheese, Onion, Green Pepper, Jalapeno, Mushrooms

Smoked with cherry @275 for 2.5 hours and slather with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce in the oven @ 350 for 15minutes

This fattie turned out great and was gone in 10 minutes! Had I know that my fattie was going to be the main disc I would have made two! I'm not sure what was in Nepa's seasoning but it was awesome and gave the meat a nice flavor. Thanks Rick. Maybe you can tell me what it was if you remember and point me in the direction to buy some more!
The fattie looks good! I've had issue with photobucket also. Maybe you clicked and copied the wrong drop down link Under the pics ???

You are missing the img codes before and after the url address.
Just insert {img} at the begining, and {/img} at the end of each url address, but instead of using the { } brackets; use the [ ] brackets.
