Hi Folks

My wife and I live near Montreal, Qc and thoroughly enjoy smoking food, and eating it.

I am always open to tips and tricks and I am hoping to find/get some advice concerning a couple of differences between the Bradley 6 rack we have and our older water smoker from New Braunfels.

It is basically a charm to use in comparison, and has ended one rather constant complaint - my neighbours were always calling to see that everything was ok when I smoked with the older one - before they called in the fire department again!
