I seem to be having problems uploading. I get about 80% done and it says there is an error and instead of an uploaded picture I get a white box with a red X. Any suggestions?
Are you running 64 bit Internet Explorer by chance? I have found that sometimes Photobucket does not like 64 bit and I have to jump to 32 bit IE. Happened to me today. It will take 32 bit just fine.
They are having issues Gus. Same on my end....
No -using 32 bit
Thanks Mike, hope they clear it up by tomorrow so I can show my tri=tip stuffed bacon (a bacon weave with a tri-tip in it)
Yes Gus me too.
I want to see that!

So how do you check that setting and how do you change it? ??? is it a permanent change? ??? :)

Not sure if there is a change you make Mike. My computer came with both versions on it. The 64 bit version is supposedly more secure.

I always use FireFox and occasionally get the same problem so I'm not at all convinced it's a IE issue but a Photobucket problem. I usually just retry and/or just wait a few minutes.
Unfortunately so many of us running Blogs and posting pictures to many Forums would be hurting big time if something happens to Photobucket ... :( :'(
I've upgraded to Pro a while back but I bet they host a bazillion photos!!!
Photobucket is aware of the issue and is currently working on it according to their site help page. They assure that no photos on the server will be lost. As to when the issue will be resolved I don't know...
I was able to upload a few minutes ago.
Yep back up now ;D
