Decided to do a tri tip tomorrow. (Sorry no pictures- can't upload to photobucket I keep getting an error. ) Anyway, I made some slits in it and stuffed in some chopped spicy garlic. Then I injected it with beef broth, rubbed with gunpowder and wrapped in a bacon weave. It is in the fridge until tomorrow when I will throw it in the SRG with some backed potato.
Hopefully I will be able to post pics by then.
