I will not go into the details of my transaction except to say that i contacted Bradley Customer Service today. I was treated very fairly and a fast resolution to my problem was presented. In my opinion Bradley is a "class" company and I will continue to do business with them and to recomend their products.
Won't get any arguments here, most everyone on here would agree they have one of the best customer service reps around.
