Couldn't decide which one to get .... so I got both. I know these will come in handy for my new hobby. ;D

I have both of those books in my library and use them extensively. They're great books.

Not sure what you mean. ??? Is dry cure more likely to get me into trouble or poison my family if I do it wrong?  :o  I don't think I will do this for a while though since I do not have a place or method to maintain specified humidity levels. Before I do attempt this I will probably be back here asking questions.
