Title: Freezing cured foods

Hello all,

Can you cure meat (in this case turkey legs), freeze it than cook after thawing?

Hey Drac,I put some corned beef on in April,when it was done I froze it.The daughter took it out today,put it in the oven frozen
and cooked it.turned out super.Shouldn't be any problem.

Any uncooked fully cured meat can be frozen to be cook later.
