UIS...they are not sweet which surprised me. We don't like sweet either. First time I tried it was just with light brown sugar/butter. Now I'm talking about about a tablespoon. Someone here(FLB?) said to try with honey also. So this time I drizzled about a tsp with the sugar/butter. Excellent! Just so happened my son, GF and another friend came in from CA un- expectantly....they enjoyed the heck out of them! No sauce needed. I did pour off the drippings when I put back in for the last hour and basted them a few times.
looks very nummy, makes me sad, never got to fire up the smoker this weekend..... :-[
