Rubbed down with peanut oil then a dusting of Gun Powder Seasoning

Let that sit out wile the smoker comes up to 250 F then give it 2 hr Apple and we got this

Lower that bad boy in TBE that has been warmed up and 45 min later we got this

I used it as a binder for some chicken patties last week.Chopped leftover smoked chicken,stovetop stuffing,broth, eggs ,some additional bread crumbs,fried in a bit of butter.The smoke still came through,and the stuffing mix gave the just the little extra something to make it real tasty.

In the Bradley at 250 F for 2 hr smoke then straight in the warmed up TBE till done
