It was pretty good, I get heartburn easily so was up at midnight lookin for antacids :)

Thats REALLY close to my recipe,,,,,,,,really, really close

So that there pan of goodness has gotta be gooood ;D

I add an egg and parmeson to the Ricotta spinage filling

Wow, it is almost identicle. Do you get heartburn at 11:58 pm aswell ;D wife got the recipe from a girl from school
