Got a rack of St Louis style ribs on, rubbed down with Bolner's Fiesta Rib Rub, then coated with maple syrpul, smoking some baked beans for tonight and two trays of Chex mix for snacking. Just took the chex stuff off after 4.5 hours of hickory at 1400 Ribs are still on as are beans, gonna crank up the temp after another 1.5 hours of smoke and finish the beans off in the oven after topping them with my homemade bacon. (I like my bacon crisp)

You don't have to FTC those ribs this long. Take some pics, post them and start eating. ;D
Well, I did take an action picture, but when I got ready to upload it, noticed it is out of focus so didn't upload it. The ribs were perfect, the chex mix very good (even my wife likes it) and the baked beans were out of this world. All to show for it now are some dirty dishes.
