Title: SUMMER SAUSAGE

 WANTING TO KNOW IF ANYBODY WITH A BRADLEY 6 RACK HAS PUT IN MORE THEN 10 1LB CHUBS AT A TIME. mY SMOKER HAS TWO 500WT ELEMENTS.wOULD THINK THAT IT WOULD GO FASTER WITH JUST 10 AT A TIME. yOUR THOUGHTS ON IT.

The more meat the longer it will take. Just the nature of the beast.

I have the 4 rack OBS and I can do 20 pounds of Chubs with no problems.  I only have the 500 watt element but did install a fan.

have done 30 lbs of meat in mine at  once 3 - 10 lb pork shoulders on the top three shelves and cookes/ smokes at  225 and used a remote thermometer to monitor IT temps .. started pulling at 195  then FTC over all took 20 hours to do and have a 900 watt element and blower to help. So doing 10 - 1 lb will be no problem .. just beware that the bottom ones get done first in my experiances
