Title: Spicey Chicken Cutlets

I wanted some fried chicken but didn't want to do a whole chicken sooooo to the freezer for some BSCB's.

I pounded the CB's to a uniform 1/4" to  1/2".

I floured each breast, then into the egg wash with the spicey sauce, back into the flour, then into a cast iron skillet on med high until crispy both sides, then onto a drip rack.

Plated with white beans,tomatoes and cottage cheese.

That looks good, may have to try that for tonight's din din  :)

Oh my that looks good. Yah had to sneeze with all that pepper on the cottage :)

Looks good.  Dipping in Panko after the egg wash is mighty nice too.
