Title: 2nd smoke - stuffed pork loin - redemption
Post by: Silvergrizz on October 29, 2012, 07:16:27 PM
After having a disappointed wife on my first effort, I decided to go for her sweet tooth with this stuffed pork loin recipe I found from Quarlow in a post back in January 15, 2010. It looked simple and straight forward, plus I had all the ingredients on hand. here is a pic of ingredients mixed, I adjusted the maple syrup to 3/4 cup since it is readily available here.

Stuffing spread on Loin

The finished product after 3 hours and 20 minutes. It weighed 3lb 14oz and was smoked for 2 hours with Maple.

Sliced and served, it was awesome, best part, wife and family loved it. Thanks to Quarlow for the recipe

After this success, fears of having to cook only for myself or worse, sell my smoker are past

Thank you all for the compliments, that is one that I will definitely do again. Planning on doing another version of chicken next, still looking through the recipes.
