CAN'T GET THE HEAT TO COME UP?

Why? Come up to what? How full is it? How long has it been on? Is it in the wind? Do you keep opening the door? More info is needed to diagnose your problem.

Are you using an extension cord? Are the power lights on? Does the bulb glow orange? What Bassman said.
