Title: Dinner this evening

cooked up some ribs today
used 3 hrs. of mesquite
4 1/2 hrs. total cook time @ 210
Wife finished under the broiler with some bbq sauce
sides were brown rice and carrots

Killing me with these ribs. Been down a while an eating the wifes ribs. Great but not smoked. Got here doing it the right way now. Just cant get her to use the smoker. She says its holy ground and for me to do only. Lol! Says she'll wait for me. Stubburn women.
