Tried a brisket at an MSU tailgate that was great, the guy told me it was out of his Bradley and getting a smoker has been the mission ever since. I am in the process of building a small smoker out of scrap stuff being thrown out at the office. There is a lot more to this than I ever imagined but I have smoke rolling and a pretty stable temp in the oven. Once I work things out I'll try to post up some pictures since I have used everyone else to get ideas for mine. I might not post much but I hope to learn a lot and can't wait to making some sausages, smoke some pulled pork and of course master that brisket. So far...

Probably should have bought a 6-Rack Digital and smoked weeks ago... LOL
