Just thought I'd say hi.  It's a great forum and I've been lurking for a while.  Picked up a six rack digital this summer and so far love it.  Looking to put in an extra element, fans and do the PID mods.  Picked up the cold smoke adapter today.  Looked online this morning and Cabela's Canada had them listed for $120 ish, found one at the local hardware store for $65ish so grabbed it up.  Got some pork belly curing, have some salt in the smoker as we speak along with a few pork chops I brined today.  Also tried my hand at pickling this morning so we'll see how that goes, did up some eggs, asparagus and some peppers.  Can't wait.
