Title: Puertorican Sunday funday at Mom's
Post by: mikecorn.1 on November 11, 2012, 02:23:31 PM

I know its not BBQ but thought I'd share anyway.
Got some fresh shrimp in garlic, onion, butter, adobo seasoning powder and a tiny of vinegar.
Fried green plantains also known as tostones in Puerto Rico. Topped with a Puerto Rican favorite Mayoketchup :o. Simply it's mayonnaise, ketchup, fresh garlic smatched to a paste, tiny bit of vinegar and adobo seasoning powder.
Then the ole red beans and white rice.
