Just joined and I can't wait to start reading through the forum. I have had a Bradley for a few years now and haven't used it a whole lot. Specifically I am looking for some recipes for venison that can help my wife enjoy the harvest as much as I enjoy the hunt. If any of you folks can point me to any existing posts on recipes for wild game that would be awesome, in the mean time I will be lurking and reading because I don't know much about brining and that is what I am really looking forward to learning about.
Welcome to the forum. There are numerous recipes for venison on this forum. Look specifically in the meat, hot smoking, sausage and jerky sections. Also, check out the recipe site www.susanminor.org It is a website for Bradley smokers. The recipes are designed for the Bradkey and writeen and devloped by Bradley owners.
