Looks like the grinder won  :o

4 lbs of venison.

Thats the color im looking for after mixing. Should be darker tomorrow.

Used AC Legg OP PIzza mix.

Got some rope sticks on the Stainless Steel sausage rods.

Going to roll hickory soon. PID temps 130 thru 175

Looks good Rick.  When you said should get darker I was a thinkin you sneaked in some Der Hoffin  :o

Yes Carolyn they are sheep. Kinda reminded me of being back home on the farm  :o

I use them for breakfast sausage and they freak me out!  :o
