Used AC Leggs #116 and Sausage Maker Teriyaki.
No time today to smoke so they get stuffed/smoked tomorrow.

Which casings do you prefer? I haven't yet tried sheep casings since they are expensive here and I have to buy a big lot of it.

I still prefer collagen but hard to get 15mm, so i use the sheep for the 15mm
