just bought a six rack Bradley digital smoker. gonna break it in for Turkey Day.

hello and welcome to the forum, start the turkey the night before to be sure it is done,,, figure an hour a lb... and consider brining it as well...

Woah hold up. An hour a pound? Everything I've read has said a half hour to 40 minutes per pound. Now I'm wondering if I need to rethink my entire smoke schedule. We're doing Thanksgiving tomorrow (Tuesday, 11/20) so this is an eleventh hour snafu....
