Hi everyone, just purchased an original 4 shelf unit. I have some bisquettes on order so I cant do too much right now. But looking forward to next weekend. I'm not new to smoking, I have a UDS I use all summer long. It works great for smoking whole chickens, pork, beef. But I was looking for something I could do a smoke in the winter without the having to get the lump going. One main reason for this purchase is to try some cold smoking witch cant be done on the UDS. Been reading a lot here the past few days and looking forward to sharing as well.

LOL! You'd have probably had to wake him up. LOL! He is there a lot but never in the 5-6 years I lived here has he once pulled any one over. ::)
