Title: Smoked chips
Post by: Toker on November 25, 2012, 05:57:20 PM
Just followed Nepa's example and made myself some smoked chips while seasoning my new DBS4. Wow, what an experience ;D Did not have any expectation cause my goal was just to seasoning my smoker but i got a nice surprise. What a taste. Did not take any picture cause the color did not changed but the taste is amazing. Chips were nature and BBQ. Smoked it 2h with smoke generator only using Mesquite.

My wife likes salt and vinegar chips when we go to Canada, wonder if that would tame the vinegar as I dont like the vinegar.
