I have a probe that works very well. I need just a thermomter to measure the temp inside the box. Locations? I will order over the internet if I need too! 32 years as a Firefighter, but a ROOKIE when it comes to smoking!! Firefighter Kenny

i would try the maverick et-73... also called redi-chek et-73...

you can do a search and find a good deal...

i got mine at the local bbq galore store for $39.95...

its a 2 probe... one meat and one smoker... also has remote and transmitter with alarms...

you gotta eat...

Where can I get one here in Canada? Local huge Home Hardware tells me the supplier is not supplying them so no luck.
