Title: Yum Yum Yum Venison

Father in law stopped by to drop off some venison medallions. Called it "the fish" not sure if that is a universal thing or a Berks County thing but whatever it is, but it was some of the most amazing tasting goodnedd I have ever eaten.

Sauteed in buttes with some salt and pepper to brown the outsides an dthen throw a little worcesteshire sauce on it and it while in the pan. A++++++++++

And I also have to credit my wife for this because she is the one who made them as well!!!!  ;D
