Use it in snack stick and summer sausage to give it the old fashioned twang. Usually he uses ECA (Encapsulated Citric Acid) in a dry form

So whats the concentration % on this stuff Rick? I know a fellow over in the UK is trying some he found but having a hard time figuring out the % to but into his sausage.

I gots no clue.

I did taste from a toothpick and it made me and the pups pucker up tighter than a bulls @$$ in fly time  :o
