First we build the sauce, 1 lb GB a small onion, and 1/2 of a green pepper

Cook till the GB is no longer pink and the veggies are tender

Dump in a 28 oz can of petite diced tomatoes, juice N all and a 6 oz can tomato paste

Mix that up good then add a bay leaf, parsley, oregano, basil

Mix again and simmer 20 min,,,,,,,,,,,,cook the noodles
Make the filling; 10 oz chopped spinach,1 lb whole milk ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup grated parmesan/romano cheese, 1 tea salt and 1 tea table ground black pepper
