There aren't too many cuts I like more than deer tenderloin, and since I got a nice one this year I was able to enjoy it tonight, and use two of the gifts I recieved in the Christmas exchange! Thanks again Gus!

And finally, on the plate, ready to be dipped in "Saban Sauce", which was delicious, along with fried garlic potatoes (Grown in our garden this year), corn, and garlic dills which were also grown and pickled by my wife and I. Absolutly fantastic tasting meat!!
