Doesn't look like you could do a bigger batch than that one.  That is one heck of a big load. :o

I see something in the background that looks like the back of your Bradley smoker has been removed. Or is that the back of another smoker?

Hey Toker! Scoot across the line next time and find an aldies. They have those 8 oz blocks for 1.49 half the cost. And the cheese is good. Or maybe work a deal with some one to send you some. Cheese would keep a long time in these temps.
But that looks excellent and you should have enough to last all day Christmas! :o

Actally viper, it was a job for my mom. She said: smoke everything,  then we will share among the family. We are four.

As far as the cheese you talk about, sorry but never hear about this kind.

Well sounds like a good deal! No Aldies is a small no brand Grocery in the USA. Prices are low and products for the most part are good. Wifes been buying assorted cheeses for 1.49 a block of 8 oz. 8 types. Thats what I been smoking and people love it. For 100.00 You could get twice that. Just thought i put a thought in your mind.
