Title: Smoked Pistachios

Well Jiggerjams sent me some smoked pistachios in gift exchange.They were so good,inspired me to try a do up a batch.
Followed the Blazing Pistachios recipe as he said, turned out great,I did up 8 cups worth.These pistachios are sure a good.

I did about 10 pounds of them last year for Christmas gifts.   Killer good.

What's the best way to crisp them back up after smoking?

I place them on sheet pans, and then into a 350°F preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes; stirring occasionally. Sometimes they take longer. After 10 minutes monitor them closely.

Thanks for the comments guys, this really was quite easy to do,with outstanding results. I'll be making more soon.
I smoked them for 2 hours 225 degrees, used 6 pucks of maple. Then left them in smoker for another 2
hours at 220 degrees,no smoke, that dried them up enough for my liking. The only thing different was I sprinkled a little bit of cayenne on them while mixing up.
