I would just like to say thanks to everyone who contributes to this board....I have learned lots. As a result I have recently aquired a new BS smoker, Maverik remote thermometer, and a copy of Smoke and Spice cookbook and a flavour injector.
Yesterday I smoked a pork tenderloin and it turned out amazing.
Tomorrow I am going to smoke beer-can chicken (chicken on a throne from Smoke and Spice).
New to this whole smoking thing and enjoying myself immensely.
New to this forum and live east of Toronto, Canada.
Hopefully I can contribute to this forum with some words of wisdom in the future and help others as so many here have already helped me.
