Just brought my new Bradley smoker home last nite and put it together!  Seasoned it tonight!  I am very excited to try it out this weekend, It is a big step up from my last smoker.

Welcome Brian. Where in Montana do you live? I live in Missoula and we have a couple of others in Missoula. We have pmmpete  and MTFiddler both live in Missoula also. Pete and I fish together and Lon and His dad are good friends.

Grassman:  I got the BTDS108P 6 rack Digital smoker

I started out by smoking some salmon last nite and it turned out great!  My family really likes it.  I am smoking some Elk jerky right now and later on I am going to start smoking some Elk meat sticks and Beef meat sticks.  Tomorrow is pork ribs!!  :D

Welcome aboard, you won't be sorry about the Bradley.  I just got mine this summer, thats all I want to do now. 

These guys on here are great help you out with any problems that they can.
