Title: Cheese Cutter
Post by: murrhunts on December 24, 2012, 01:06:25 PM
I am looking for a way to quarter a block of cheese, so I would have 4 pieces of cheese the full length of the block.  Does anyone do this with a special instrument or do they just use a big knife.

I mainly want the block of cheese to look uniform and be the same size pieces as possible.

thanks

Mostly i use a big knife. But a fine guitar string between two handles works easy too. Buddy did it that way.
