Anyone know where I can get/download a chart giving the IT for various meats?

Would like to laminate a chart to have beside the Bradley.

I'm having problems with Hotmail (Outlook), on sending emails. I will post the JPG file on the Recipe Site where it can be downloaded.

If all goes alright, it should be on the site by tomorrow afternoon. I'll put the link just below the PDF download. I will also post a link to it in this thread.

I've uploaded a higher resolution chart on the recipe site, in JPG format. The resolution is at 300, which is adequate for resampling and clear printing. It's a little less then 3MB, 6.27 x 10.56-inches. It can be resized with any basic graphics software. Since the original print is a size 10 font, I'm not sure how small you can go, and read it without a magnifying glass. :)

After image opens; right click on the image and select "save as" or "copy".
