Just bought a DBS 6 rack and I'm sure to enjoy it a lot in the next future. 8)

I'm in southern Brittany,less than one mile from the sea ;)
I'm looking forward to smoke some sea bass and other catches,once the "breeding season" is over,i.e. april/mai next year.
Meanwhile,I intend to start cold smoking some duck breast and a few porc filet mignon :P

Welcome to the forum.  I live in the USA but I travel to France once every 4 years for a 1250km bicycle ride called Paris-Brest-Paris.  I'll be going back in 2015.  Very lovely country and the people I've met there are wonderful.
