Been smoking chex mix for years now. This is my 2nd batch smoking in the RV.
I use elastic cheese cloth type ham bags to cover the racks.

So Rick do you have to wait with these like cheese or are they good to go right out of the smoker?

I have eaten the chex right outta the smoker.
Rick is this a cold smoke or hot if so how long of smoke job? this looks like a try for the big games.

Even though the Chex didnt have heat applied, give it a rest for an hour or so before you bag it.
