Title: More Smoked Chex Mix
Post by: NePaSmoKer on December 30, 2012, 06:50:01 AM
Been smoking chex mix for years now. This is my 2nd batch smoking in the RV.

I use elastic cheese cloth type ham bags to cover the racks.

So Rick do you have to wait with these like cheese or are they good to go right out of the smoker?

Even though the Chex didnt have heat applied, give it a rest for an hour or so before you bag it.

Try to keep your mitts outta it  ;D
