Title: A little smoked cheese

I was gettin low on some of my favorite kinda cheeses, so I picked up a few more

Ready for a ride in the smoker set at 80 F

After 2 hr Apple, one hr at room temp to cool and all packaged up for the wait

Oh my! I had to take some Lactaid just looking at all that cheese ;D. Looks great.

I go let it age at least a month,,,,,,just used some cheddar this weekend that was 6 months old

Got a whole shelf in the fridge dedicated just for cheese,,,,theres over 20 lb in there now  ;D
