Mix all the dry stuff in 3/4 cup skim milk, set aside wile the bread is toasting and I find the pan

Mix the meat together, throw the bread in the food processor and make crumbs, mix them in the meat

Line the pan with plastic

Mix all the other stuff with the meat

Mmmmmm looks quite yummy! I use similar glaze...but use CYM instead vinegar.
